Return Authorization (RA) Request

Returns & Damage Claims 

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

To file a claim, please download Return Authorization (RA) form. Fill out and email us at sales@comunemarket.com and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • Company name
  • Style number and quantity of damaged items
  • Photos of the damaged goods
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

Important Notes:
  • We are not responsible for damage to goods once they have been transferred to a transit company.
  • Freight charges are non-refundable.
  • Our responsibility for returns is limited to the direct customer.
  • All sales on discounted items are final.
