Return Authorization (RA) Request
Returns & Damage Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To file a claim, please download Return Authorization (RA) form. Fill out and email us at sales@comunemarket.com and include the following:
- Your order number
- Company name
- Style number and quantity of damaged items
- Photos of the damaged goods
- A brief description of the issue
We will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Important Notes:
- We are not responsible for damage to goods once they have been transferred to a transit company.
- Freight charges are non-refundable.
- Our responsibility for returns is limited to the direct customer.
- All sales on discounted items are final.
