Shipping Information
All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles, California location using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We ship to all 50 U.S. states and use the standard shipping methods provided by FedEx and UPS. Third-party carrier options are available upon request.
To provide your own shipping account (FedEx, UPS, or other designated carrier/freight forwarder), please include your shipping instructions and carrier account number during checkout. You can also contact us in advance at sales@comunemarket.com to make this arrangement.
Returns & Damage Claims
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any claims for damaged goods must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To file a claim, please download Return Authorization (RA) form, link here. Fill out and email us at sales@comunemarket.com and include the following:
Your order number
Company name
Style number and quantity of damaged items
Photos of the damaged goods
A brief description of the issue
We will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please note that no returns will be accepted without prior authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

We are not responsible for damage to goods once they have been transferred to a transit company.
Freight charges are non-refundable.
Our responsibility for returns is limited to the direct customer.
